This is another double tower Broadway Plan project, proposed by PC Urban. It has Francl Architecture as designer, with 354 rental units in two 21 storey towers with 71 of them leasing below market. There’s a mix of strata and duplex homes on the site, so ne renters would be displaced.
The project includes an unusual proposal for a childcare facility that includes overnight care. This is related to the location just across from the VGH campus.
