This Broadway Plan rezoning has two towers, 21 and 19 storeys. There are a total of 397 rental units proposed, 20% (roughly 80 units) renting below market. Studio One have designed the towers which have retail on the main floor, and a small commercial plaza between the two towers. Currently there are two older low-rise rental buildings with 77 suites built in 1959 and 1965.
