The hybrid office and industrial projects in the Mount Pleasant industrial area have not dried up. Here’s a proposal designed by Acton Ostry for an eight storey building for manufacturing, general office, digital entertainment and information communication technology. It will have four underground parking floors.

Nine years ago the same owner, Kevington Building Corporation, proposed a 4-storey building called Q4, designed by GBL, under the original zoning that allowed around 30,000 sq. ft. on the site.

Now the project can have more height, and build 45,000. sq ft
