With the successful sale of the existing St Paul’s Hospital, the new hospital development is underway and should complete around 2026. Hoping to benefit from spin-off demand for medical offices, Keltic Developments submitted an application for a site wrapped by the hospital land. Musson Cattell Mackey designed the 10 storey 81,000 sq. ft. office, to be built within the existing I-3 zoning.

The scheme proposed manufacturing use on the main and 2nd floors, retail on the main floor, and strata offices above, all over four floors of underground parking. However, in an unexpected turn, California-based meditech company Masimo have bought the entire project. Keltic will construct it for them, and while the building has been slightly tweaked, the massing is identical.
