This 3-tower project has been anticipated for a while. Located right next to the new Emily Carr University SkyTrain station, and part of the PCI / Low Tide program for False Creek Flats, there are two rental towers (with 20% below market units) and an office tower.
Like the neighbouring office building, and lotus flower cafe, it’s designed by Perkins + Will, and the two residential towers are proposed at 35 storeys, with 548 apartments between them. There’s a four storey podium with over 70,000 sq ft of commercial (retail) space on the main floor, and a 94 space childcare to be given the the City of Vancouver. The third tower proposes 343,000 sq ft of office space.
